  • This is a real testimony for anybody looking for more than just a copier, but a company to back it.

    We are a small church that was in need of a new copier, not sure if we wanted to purchase or lease. We reached out to three companies for quotes to include the option for each so we could compare the cost. Ameri-Tek's, Keith Cordell, was the first to respond to our request for a quote (the first phone call). They set a time that was convenient for us and we met at at our church office to discuss our options. The Ameri-Tek representatives, Keith and Manuel, came prepared with price quote options to fit our needs and did not make us pay for things we did not need. The other two companies responded (days later) with similar options and cost, but we felt that those representatives were there to sell us not consult us.

    It was obvious based on that alone who we needed to go with. Although we were going with the more expensive quote we felt sure it would be worth it. When the equipment arrived our technician, Mike Morrison, was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure the copier was set up to meet all of our needs in the church.

    The most impressive part of my experience has been after the sale. Our customer service representative, Manuel Estrada, has assisted us on several occasions, mostly after hours in meeting our changing needs of our growing church. I thought he was just being a salesman when he said to call him anytime, but he stands by his word.

    On one occasion he was on the phone with me for an hour walking me through a user error. Once it was obvious I couldn't figure it out he came out on a Sunday to make sure our church was taken care of. I would highly recommend Ameri-Tek to any church office or business that needs a dependable company to stand behind their copier equipment.

  • We have been with Ameri-Tek for several years. We mainly use the Scottsboro and Guntersville offices.Gary, John, Steve, and Wesley are the tech's I most often see and Sommer rocks the Scottsboro store.

    We have come to enjoy friendly service. When I'm in a crunch for toner, price comparisons, and other supplies or just need advice on a printer, scanner, etc., I can grab my phone and email, text, or call in my order or issue on the fly. Convenience matters to me as I have limited time per task.

    Ameri-Tek and Mr. Gary Holcomb have been great for our office. They are always very nice, courteous, and prompt with anything we need. We have equipment in our office that we had prior to our contract with Ameri-Tek. Due to that we had to call who we got our printer from to see if it was still under warranty and explain problem.

    They advised we had no warranty and needed a new printer. I hung up and called Ameri-Tek and spoke with Mr. Holcomb and explained my problem to him. He told me exactly what to do and we are still using that same printer today thanks to him. So, needless to say they are great. This is just one instance, there have been many more where they have gone over and beyond the call of duty for us.

    I would recommend Ameri-Tek to everyone. We have had great service.

    The purpose of this letter is to recommend Ameri Tek. We have been utilizing Ameri Tek’s amazing skills as a sales company for years. We have been pleased with everything they have done for us.
